- Senior Technician $110
Senior Technicians with over 15 years industry experience as a minimum
- CCTV System Certification $160
Completed by a Licensed Security Provider, this is a venue license requirement as per your liquor license specifications (valid for 6 months)
- General Service Package - Monthly/Quarterly $420
Audio Visual Equipment serviced on-site and health report logged & sent to client with follow up phone call from us to confirm action or add to wishlist any potential issues
- High End Service Package - Monthly $600
- Audio Visual Equipment serviced on-site and health report logged & sent to client with follow up phone call from us to confirm action or add to wishlist any potential issues - Upgrades that can be installed in the allocated hours will be completed - CCTV System Certification from a Licensed Security Provider (valid for 6 months)
- High End Service Package - Quarterly $800

- Repair Deposit $60
This amount is taken off the final repair cost. This is not refundable if the equipment is not repairable
- Repair Technician Hourly Rate $140
Repairs are quoted prior to completion for your go-ahead, less your deposit and the addition of any parts required. Many repairs do not take the full hour to complete and you are only charged for the time spent on your item in 15 minute increments.
