We have an up to 6 hour package or overnight hire periods are available upon request.
If your event has a custom timeframe – feel free to contact as we will work something out to suit your needs.
All our bookings require a holding deposit of 50% of the booking cost. This guarantees that the product will be set aside for your event. The balance must be paid 1 week prior to your event/day of the booking. If payment has not been made in full by the booking date – we will have to cancel your hire booking. (payable by credit card, eftpos or direct deposit).
A credit cards details is required for all hires (this cannot be a Debit Card). This is to be sighted at the time of the setup for our company records which is on a secure platform and is disposed of after the hire is complete.
Yes! This does require a safe & secure yard, with no loose animals being held in the same area. The power needs to stay on all night as the hire equipment is inside the tent, lighting, lasers and smoke machines are installed into the blow up walls also and need to packed down by our technicians.
PLEASE NOTE** A security deposit of $300 is required for overnight hires, to ensure the tent is returned in good & clean condition, as it was delivered to you.
As a general rule of thumb, we require a minimum of 1m around the tent sides & 2.5m at the rear of the tent setup location. Measurements of each tent and auto-cad diagrams can be found in the Gallery Photo Section on our Home Page.
Almost any type of surface yes!
However, we will not install on any steep slopes or any ground with visible stones or tree bark. We must be notified if it is on concrete and not grass as the setup items to secure the tent to the ground will require changes to suit the location and what anchors are near by. Also access of people to the sides needs to be controlled in order to protect the internal equipment and the tent from undue pressure on the walls from people having a good time.
The Black Tent fits approximately 15-20 people comfortably with the Speaker Stack. The White Tent fits 25-30 people with the Speaker Stack.
If a DJ console is setup inside with a DJ then depending on the DJ console these numbers would change accordingly to remaining space in each tent.
We have found that most parties, people go in and out of the tent a lot so its easy to accomodate at a party with 50-100 guests as it has been done many times.
Also the sound system stack easily covers up to 150-200 people volume capacity and area reach if required.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the inflatable tents and any equipment or cabling that is included in your hire package; either due to misuse or negligence.
All repair or replacement costs will apply and be charged to the billing contact of the hire.

Our inflatable tents are professionally cleaned and disinfected after each hire.
The walls are quite tough and bar stabbing the walls with a knife or scissors then you should be fine.
Depending on the arrangements made, in some cases we may need to deliver the inflatable tent package earlier than your party starts (at NO additional charge), but in most cases our technicians will deliver your tent package between 1 – 1.5 hours prior to your starting time.
We arrive generally between 15-30 minutes prior to the event completion time to assist with the party packdown procedures so we can safely packdown and remove the tent package. This is due to many parties finish with a lot of happy people still in party mode and they cannot be in the packdown area or our vehicle area and the path between them. This is to ensure everyones safety and public liability requirements and procedures.
